The 2km long La Rada Beach runs alongside the beach promenade passing thorough the town from the Port in the west to the eastern entrance to Estepona town.
La Rada Beach is the most visited by both locals and visitors to the, with fine, grey sand, fantastic views over to Gibraltar and plenty of services such as showers, toilets and lifeguards with warning flags and is cleaned on a daily basis.
Although some stretches do have stones when entering the water, it’s still a very family friendly beach, with parks for children as well as a floating water park during the summer months as well as water sports equipment for rent.
Playa La Rada is also home to some of Estepona’s favourite beach restaurants or chiringuitos such as Palm Beach or El Madero and is the perfect beach for visiting the old town afterwards.
